Introduction to Restaurant Management is an intensive, two-day training program for employees who have shown management potential, but who have not been exposed to the fundamentals of managing a restaurant. Although intended for such entry-level managers, we have discovered, however, that despite the level of management experience, participants leave Introduction to Restaurant Management with both a better understanding of the issues which impact the bottom line, as well as a set of refined skills for dealing with these issues.  Managers with five, ten, even fifteen years of experience find the workshop both invigorating and useful.

All restaurant employees that handle food need a grasp of basic sanitation. Accepted by all local jurisdictions requiring food handler safety certification. The ServSafe Food Handlers Texas Version has been designed to easily integrate food safety into any existing in-house training program. You (the manager) train, you sign the certificate for the employee trained, and the employee presents the certificate to the local health department to receive a food handler permit. The books are sold in bundles of 10, 30, or 50. Please note: Single books are not sold, only a designated trainer or manager is allowed to sign the certificate. It is not permissible for an individual to self train or sign their own certificate. Sections can be completed in approximately 10 minutes. Color-coded sections for easy reference. Color photographs from the learners point of view helps reinforce food safety concepts.
